After a very successful year in 2017/2018, where we sawRupertswood Cricket club win the U/17 and U/13 premiership, anumber of ourcoaches have decided to call it a day.
For the upcoming season 2018/2019 we will be requiring theservices of U/11, U/13, U/15 and U/17 boys coaches and a U/16s girls coach.
If you have been thinking aboutpassing on your cricket prowess or just want to spend time with your children, now is the time to give it a go.There is no requirement to have played the game nor do you need to go it alone ifyou want to coach with another parent, but just ahave a desire to see children have fun and improve theircricket.
The training nights and times will beup to thecoaches to determine based on workcommitments and we can be as flexible as needed to help you out.
The Rupertswood cricket club willprovide all of thenecessary equipmentandsupport required tocoach thechildren.
Thelocalcricket association, theGisborne and District Cricket association (GDCA) will provide training in Community Coaching (formally level 1)free of charge at the following venues and dates. I will be heading to the Gisborne session and would love to see some parents there as well.

This includes; Coaches, parent helpers, scorers, team managers, all senior captains, senior players driving junior to games, parents driving junior to games etc.
